Morning Routine

7:00 a.m. Program Opens
7:55 a.m. Children in grades 4 & 5 board the bus to go to the William H. Barton Intermediate School
8:30 a.m. Clean up time, children get backpacks and line up
8:45 a.m. Bus arrives to transport children grades K-3 to the Queensbury Elementary School
9:00 a.m. Program Closes

All children need to be signed in by the parent and escorted to their assigned classroom.
During the morning session the children complete a craft project, play games, color, or engage in free play and other activities. The children are in a classroom with one adult and up to 10 children of mixed ages.

Afternoon Routine

2:30 p.m. Program Opens
2:45 p.m. Children in grades 4 & 5 arrive off bus from the William H. Barton Intermediate School
Children work on their homework or engage in free play
3:45 p.m. Children in grades K-3 arrive off the bus from the Qby. Elementary School
3:50 p.m. Snack Time
4:15 p.m. Homework time or free play
5:30 p.m. Program Closes

Children can be picked up at any time and need to be signed out by the adult that is picking them up.
During the afternoon session we provide healthy snacks and then have children proceed to outdoor play (dependent on weather), homework time, indoor free play, or structured activities. If indoors, the children are in a classroom with one adult and up to 10 children of mixed ages.
